FRP Purification Tower

The FRP purification tower has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, compact structure, small floor area, corrosion resistance, good aging resistance and light weight. It is suitable for discharging a certain concentration of corrosive acid mist gas, mainly used in chemical industry, electronics, hospitals, colleges, research centers and other places.


Structural characteristics of FRP purification tower
I. Structure:

The FRP purification tower is a cylindrical structure. The whole tower consists of three parts: liquid storage, air intake, spray, dehydration and exhaust. The acid-resistant water pump is installed on the outside, connected with the inlet and outlet pipes of the tower, and the plastic balls are installed in the spray respectively. The acid mist purifying tower is made of FRP with compact structure, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and surface lubrication; the dewatering part is made of plastic isolation, water and gas separation; the sprinkling part is made of high-pressure sprinkler, which can be divided into two parts to expand contact treatment and improve its function; the filler is made of sea urchin or crown, and PP; the circulating water tank needs an anti-overflow outlet with a water level of 50mm. Pipe discharge; observation window: 5 mm thick transparent acrylic plate system; automatic water feeding device: float liquid level automatic control type; dosing pump: using 22 L/H acid and alkali resistant quantitative pump.

2.Purpose:

Fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) purification tower has the advantages of low resistance, low energy consumption, low noise and high treatment efficiency. It can deal with hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), chromic acid (CrO 3), hydrogen cyanide (HCF), alkali vapor (NaOH), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and other gases. It has high purification efficiency, compact structure and high efficiency. It has the characteristics of small area, corrosion resistance, good aging resistance and light weight.
